Les Cannelés d'Audrey is the story of Nathalie, a native of Bordeaux and mother of Audrey, who has been intolerant to gluten for over twenty years. To enable her daughter to share her snacks with her friends, she slipped into her schoolbag, gluten-free mini-cannelé!
Since Audrey grew up and her snacks turned into an aperitif, Nathalie has created a range of gluten-free salted "Cannelé Tapas".
Sweet or salty, they are all handcrafted in the center of Bordeaux and 100% gluten free. The sugary Cannelé are even certified organic. Gourmets will appreciate the choice between the traditional cannelés with orange blossom, or those with dark chocolate chips (beware of lecithin of soya contained in chocolate) or Rum and even Grenadine! On request, Nathalie can provide lactose-free / milk-free Cannelé, butter being replaced by coconut oil. On the salty side, you have the choice between Comté cheese / Curry, Comté cheese / Chorizo, Olives / Pesto (watch out for nuts in the Pesto), Goat cheese / Honey - all gluten free.

Les Cannelés d'Audrey provides also other delicacies throughout the year, on order only: a Christmas log for the holidays of the year (gluten-free and dairy-free, based on butternut, chocolate, coconut powder and hazelnut powder) and a galette des Rois gluten free.

The sweet Cannelés are on sale in several points stores in Bordeaux: organic stores and gourmet markets. Salty items are only available when you order (by mail or phone).
